Jovanna Perez Anzaldua

Jovanna Perez Anzaldua (she/her) approaches her work as a fundraiser, and any table that she sits at, with a commitment to gender, racial and economic justice. She has served in the social change and nonprofit sector for over ten years, many within reproductive health, justice and rights. In 2021 she transitioned to focus on the climate and environmental movement with a position at the League of Conservation Voters Education Fund. As Director of Institutional Writing and Strategy at LCVEF, Jovanna partners with institutional funders to garner support for the organization’s community and civic engagement portfolio, including programs focused on organizing Latinx and BIPOC communities, democracy and culture change. She’s currently co-chair of the IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, access) committee for the Arizona chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She prides herself in being a natural connector and bridge builder who enjoys collaboration and projects that allow her to flex her imagination and creative muscles.

Jovanna is mama to two little, amazing humans who are her greatest inspiration to build towards a just and equitable world. She raises her family with her husband in Phoenix, and can be found preparing/eating good food or road trippin on her free time.
